Your Digital Keys at Eo Inn
We don’t use standard keys at Eo Inn.
Instead, you’ll access the hotel and your room through
a simple app downloaded on your phone.
Here’s how.
STEP 1
Download the OpenKey App
When you arrive at the EO INN, please download the OpenKey App to your cellular device.
You can access your digital key when you arrive at the front door of the hotel on your date on check-in after 3pm.
Please follow the instructions on the app when it requests your phone number. It will then send you a verification code via text message to confirm your cell phone number is correct.
Your key will then start to download within the app.
You will see your name on the top of the screen and your room number below.
Head to your room and hold the orange key button down as you hold your phone to the lock transponder. The door will then unlock.
You will need to open your “Lobby” key to access the front door.
Click the “additional keys” button at the bottom of the screen to access the “Lobby” key.
Hold the orange key button down as you place your phone near the key transponder on the right side of the lobby double door. Then pull the right-side door handle open.
Once in the front door you can click “additional keys” again at the bottom of your screen to go back to your room number display.
